Science is a Drag πŸ‘‘

  • The Opera House 735 Queen Street East Toronto, ON, M4M 1H1 Canada (map)

Sometimes science can be a drag, so let's put some rhinestones on it and MAKE IT A PARTY!!  πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰

Following sold-out shows before the pandemic, #ScienceIsADrag returns to Toronto for another free event where scientists challenge the cis/heteronormative stereotypes of science with entertaining drag performances and interactive science presentations! Come along for dinner, drinks & drag - stay for the science!! 🍻

The legendary Champagna Drag, BENT Beauty Supreme 2019 πŸ‘‘, returns as our host & headliner.

Many of our performers are seasoned science communicators but will be in drag for the first time! To cheer them on (and because it's fun!), we encourage all attendees to dress up for the occasion - there may just be a prize for the most spirited audience member!

Tickets will be released on Monday May 30 at noon Eastern.
