Science communicator Samantha Fowler share a research-informed glimpse into the realm of vaccine hesitancy.

Samantha graduated from Laurentian University’s Science Communication program in 2020. Her research focussed on vaccination hesitant Facebook pages, providing a snapshot of what and how they were talking about the COVID-19 pandemic. As a science communicator, Samantha practices the fundamentals: know your audience, speak with empathy, and share your passions.

Beyond science communication and STEM outreach, Samantha is a mental health advocate, plays Dungeons and Dragons, and is trying to teach herself to code so that she can make a light-up constellation dress!
