Science is a Drag Honored as a Finalist in the 3rd  Annual Anthem Awards

Science is a Drag has been named a Finalist in the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion - Community Engagement category in The 3rd Annual Anthem Awards.

The Anthem Awards was launched in response to the prevalence social good has taken within the national conversation and cultural zeitgeist in recent years. The 3rd Annual competition received over 2,000 entries from more than 30 countries worldwide. By amplifying the voices that spark global change, the Anthem Awards are defining a new benchmark for impactful work that inspires others to take action in their communities

Anthem Winners are selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. Science is a Drag is the world’s first science-themed drag show, elevating science communication through the powerful art of drag and providing a safe and empowering opportunity for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and its allies to engage with science in unforgettable ways.
