Refunds & Returns

We use a print-on-demand and drop shipping company called Printful to fulfil our orders so our return policy is in line with their practices.

Wrong Size/Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for garments that are the wrong size/colour, or for buyer’s remorse.

Damaged/Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Please email us at information@rciscience.ca with details of your order and photographs of the defective item and we will raise a claim with Printful to request a replacement or refund.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email us at information@rciscience.ca with details of your order and we will raise a claim with Printful.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs (typically around $13 in Canada) once an updated address has been confirmed.

Unclaimed Items

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (typically around $13 in Canada).
