Blend leisure and learning, as our expert mixologist and chemist walk you through the creation and enjoyment of three wonderfully curated winter cocktails. Don't miss your chance to sip, savour and celebrate the fusion of science and spirits in this year’s final collaboration between Offworld Bar and RCIScience!
Ticket includes a 3-hour workshop, three seasonal cocktails and a take-home gift.
Festive outfits are welcome–come dressed representing your favourite holiday or as comfortably as you desire!

About the Speakers
Rebecca Yardley
(she/her)
Rebecca is a chemist and science communicator. Her Ph.D. is from the University of Western Ontario, where she developed self-immolative polymers, which are a new class of degradable polymers. She also has a Masters of Science Communication from Laurentian University.
Della Stevens-Brain
(she/they)
Meet Della, a jack-of-all-trades mixologist with 10 years experience in the service industry. She thrives on creativity and collaboration, and adores all things nerdy–especially Star Wars! Find them sipping their favourite, an amaretto sour, at any place where the sun hits her face.
