Discover why cold snacks give you brain freeze, how senses can affect flavour and explore how the silky smooth texture of ice cream is achieved. It’s sundae school with all you can eat ice cream!
You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the SDZ’s new home and chat with students about the innovative projects they’re working on because at this incubator, anything is popsicle!
